Question / Help Choppy video

So I've been trying to use OBS to record games locally. But every time i do it records video for a second then the video freezes but the audio continues.

Here's my log for my last recording.

this pc is too slow
your only chance is to use quicksync but i wouldnt expect good results with intel hd as the only gpu.
use recording settings from picture
