Question / Help Choppy video

I have been trying to get clear video of me playing Stellaris and I finally achieved this but now the video is choppy. Please help me. I am on a;

ASUS Q501LA

• 4th Gen Intel Core i5-4200U Mobile Processor 1.6GHz (with Turbo Boost up to 2.6GHz)

• 8GB DDR3 Memory / 750GB Hard Drive / Intel Wireless-AC connectivity

The log file is not posting.
