Question / Help Choppy video streaming Metro 2033 Redux?

Last time I tried to stream Metro 2033 Redux, it was almost like a freeze frame show, never had any issues streaming games before, everything else I stream is smooth.

Any ideas? Adding a log file for reference, I do switch to DS3 at some point because the lag was awful

Just noticed I uploaded the same file 3 times, one is the same as the others oops
