Question / Help Choppy video stream but no fps drop (obs)

Lo streaming non è inguardabile, ma è simile a 30 fps / microstuttering e non a 60 (obs non mi dà avvisi fps mancanti). Nelle vecchie trasmissioni ho usato altre impostazioni e tutto sembrava più fluido (non ricordo le impostazioni). Il risultato finale dopo tanti test è la mancanza di fluidità ma un'immagine chiara. Vorrei avere 60 fps e un'immagine chiara

La mia impostazione:
Ryzen 7 1700
AMD RX 580
16 GB di RAM

OBS:
CBR
X264
BITRATE: 6000
PRESET: MEDIO
TELAIO CHIAVE: 1
USCITA: 1280/720 - 1280/720 60 fps
SCARICA: 35 - CARICA 19

Please try to include a recording/streaming session when you experience problems while streaming or recording,
as OBS only writes important performance data during recording or streaming sessions.

If you have solved your problem yourself, please let the others know how you did it If someone else has the same problem,

Prova a includere una sessione di registrazione / streaming in caso di problemi durante lo streaming o la registrazione,
poiché OBS scrive solo dati importanti sulle prestazioni durante le sessioni di registrazione o streaming.

Se hai risolto il problema da solo, per favore fai sapere agli altri come hai fatto Se qualcun altro ha lo stesso problema,
