Choppy video out of nowhere

So I was recording gameplay that I really don't wanna lose and as I was reviewing the video it was running very smoothly until about 7 min in and there in after that the video is super choppy like less than a frame per second, and idk what could it possibly be bc nothing changed while I was playing the game and I've recorded many videos longer than 10 min

To be clear the video is 13 min long and what I'm tryna say is that the last 6 min of the video no matter what player I use is super choppy Everytime I play it through
