Question / Help Choppy video, no sound

So, I've got an issue. I want to start my YouTube channel, and am planning to use OBS for it, but when I upload the videos I've recorded, they are extremely choppy. They used to be blurry, but I think I fixed that issue on my own. There is a link to an example on YouTube at the bottom, but I may need to take it off Private, so let me know if I do.
