Choppy Streaming when recording Visage in particular.

Hello all,

I am very new to streaming (or attempting to stream) and I can't seem to figure out how to make the horror game Visage encode properly for Twitch. My gameplay on my monitor being recorded is smooth as silk, but the video is...not so much. I get much smoother looking streams while playing Forza / Halo / other more demanding games but can't seem to get a good quality stream out of this particular game. Here's my info:

RTX 3060
32gb of RAM
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core
Playing game at 1080p with "high" settings, streaming in 720p 60 frames

I have tried raising and lowering the bitrate from 2500-5500 (lower typically seems to produce better results), changed the encoding to x264 and played with all the presets, turned off Pyscho Visual thing, and most other things that are suggested in general topics about this issue.

Like I said, I am extremely new to using this software and kind of just a dummy when it comes to troubleshooting computer issues, so any suggestions (greatly appreciated) will have to be somewhat detailed or dumbed-down for it to not go right over my head and require more google searches from me. =P

Thanks in advance!

You're using SE.live. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by SE.live. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.
