First time using OBS, and I seem to have the basic hang of it. I've got my Twitch account connected to it, set it on Window Capture and I have the stream displayed no problem, but there is some serious lag when I view the Stream on Twitch. Id anyone can help out a new user, that would be great.

I did try the Game Capture at first, I dont know if i didnt take enough time to figure it outor I just don't know what I'm doing or what it was, but I couldn't get my game to even appear in the preview window when I tried it.

For game capture, certain anti cheats make it so you cant capture it, Go to game capture right click it go to properties and check the box with Use anti-cheat compatibility hook

I did, it's the capture I originally used that gave me a choppy stream.
Apologies, i overlooked the thread a bit.

It might have something to do with the emulator it self. I personally don''t stream on emulators, all I can say is config with its settings and see what you can do from there. I can also recommend if theres a forum to let them know there.

Im not all that familiar with the emulator either, at least not enough to know how to fiddle with settings, but I'll go to their foruns, thanks.

Changing the obs renderer won't magically change things, and may make things worse.

@RileyGreenhalgh If your laptop also has a radeon graphics chip in it, you may be completely stuck. If it doesn't you might need to run OBS as administrator to get the captures to work right.
