Let's start off with my specs. Ryzen 9 3900x 32gb trident z neo rtx 2080 ti. I get about 11MBPS upload. Now that that's out of the way I have a logitech c920 1080p camera. So I stream Apex legends a lot and in stream it's somewhat choppy. I have no idea what the heck is the problem. I use nvenc 3500 bitrate. Like why is it choppy? What am I doing wrong. Both the output scaling and all that is set to 1080p. What is yalls opinion. Please gelp!
