I have two 4k displays, when trying to stream any game I get a HUGE fps drop on OBS/Stream. This doesn't reflect my actual in-game FPS just the stream. I tried downscaling to every possible resolution, using 30, 48, and 60fps. I also tried to use any bit rate for testing - nothing.
The strangest part is when tabbing out of the game (I play at borderless window) I get a constant 60fps on my stream and it displays perfectly. However whenever tabbing back into the game (even if I don't do anything) I get huge stream FPS drops.
I've googled the heck out of this issue and tried every possible solution including using both OBS Studio and Classic. I've used both NVIDIA encoding and CPU encoding, etc.
