Question / Help Choppy stream, multiple causes :C logs in pastebin

My logs went beyond the post character limit, so I've put them in pastebin:

Log 1 - http://pastebin.com/Abp9PBgN
Log 2 - http://pastebin.com/TmpJLmpd

(sorry for the long text! I'm quite lost here.)
As many, I would like to make the best stream possible with my current specs. My best stream so far was this one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BajRd9sXqhU), with downscaling set to 960x600. Overall it was smooth, but I wish the image quality was better

I 've used Open Broadcaster software for years, migrated to OBS studio yesterday and downscaled to 1120x700 instead of 960x600. Ended up getting the choppiest stream ever (several seconds of either audio or video were constantly being cut off from the stream), but the image quality was pretty good.

The chopped stream:

1 - Is there something that could be done for me to have a higher resolution stream that isn't choppy?
2 - I have 12GB ram in a 64bit system. Is this log line "Physical Memory: 4095MB Total, 4095MB Free" referring to my video card or ram? In the second log, it says "Physical Memory: 12286MB Total, 8200MB Free"

I'll keep testing and studying streaming thoroughly, but it would be great to have a more experienced insight here. Thank you.

My configs:

Playing Skyrim on medium (runs smoothly.)

Log shows: Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 148825 (56.1%)

You will need to reduce your bitrate to about half. Make sure your video bitrate plus audio bitrate is less then your upload speed. What is your upload speed? You may use speedtest.net.

My upload is between 1.4 ~ 1.6mbps

I've reduced audio bitrate to 80 and just noticed I had set up a ridiculous amount of video bitrate (2500)
Now I'm using between 1400~1600 and things aren't choppy anymore, but the video quality is super blurry ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWUo5yk3nWA example at 39m )

Now I'm tinkering with resolution, downscale filter (bicubic) and CPU presets (faster) to figure if my bitrate can handle something less blurry. I don't think I'll be able to stream in HD, though.

Hi! Took a while to reply because, to top it off, my mics broke ahaha.

LANCZOS + 1120x700 + correcting my bandwitch (1500) + veryfast CPU did the trick. Things are still blurry, but manageable.
Thanks everyone!
