Question / Help Choppy Stream, FPS in-game is good.

I am very choppy on stream but I am not lagging in game. I have tried to look for fixes but I don't seem to have any common issues but I probably do and I am just not recognizing it. What information is needed to figure out the problem?

Got to settings>Output> change CPU Usage to something lower on the list than you are at.

Even on superfast it is very choppy. I don't think that is the issue.

My specs are :
I5-6600k @ 3.5 GHZ
GTX 950
16 RAM

I don't think anything else needs to be mentioned, so any other ideas?
