I am helping a church do a simple live stream to YouTube with 1 webcam and an external sound card. They have a dell Laptop (Will geta specs from it soon) which I run the lastest OBS x64. I get good audio from my external sound card and good video from the webcam. The problem I have after a while the audio gets choppy when I use my phone to preview the live stream which is a 20 secs delay then what I hear in the house. If I use OBS to monitor the input from the audio that is coming into the sound card is sounds fine. The only way I know to fix this is to restart OBS which fixes the issue. Also my bitrate is the same in windows as it is in OBS settings. I will also provide OBS logs here soon too. Any ideas?
