Question / Help Choppy recordings

Hello, idk why, but my recordings have become choppy. I'm kinda of a computer novice, so i'm not too sure what i'm doing wrong. Please help.

Can you please be more specific about your problem? I can't find what is explicitly wrong according to the log, (or I can just be a blindass), but I have noticed that you are using Lanczos. Try using Bicubic, and if that doesn't work, you have a tricked-out machine, but maybe you are pushing the CPU to the limits? I need your current settings so I can figure out what settings you have since I am pretty new to looking at logs and I suck.
