Question / Help Choppy recordings, please help!!

My computer, as far as I know, should be able to record/stream videos without an issue but I can't seem to get it to not be so choppy. I've watched Youtube videos and messed with my settings but nothing seems to work. Is anybody else having these issues? My OBS version is 21.1.0

The first issue I see is that you have windows game mode on. Go to (*Click Windows Key* > Settings > Gaming). Once in the gaming settings, make sure Game Bar, game DVR, and game mode are all off.

Link an obs log where you have an actual recording attempt.
