Recently, I have been streaming and recording and I have noticed that my videos will just chop and freeze for like 2 seconds. It's similar to as if I am "lagging" and "freezing" in the game, but I am not. I use a dual stream pc setup with the new elgato hd60x for my console streaming/recording. The recordings that I use with my 4k60 pro for my pc gaming works fine. I just seem to have issues with console streaming.

It has never done this before so I am not sure what went wrong. Any help would be great!
