Question / Help Choppy recordings in only Rainbow Six Siege

I am having problems with my OBS right now, Whenever I record the gameplay seems fine and then when I look at my recording the video looks very choppy and have a lot decreased framerate. Note that this only happens with Rainbow Six Siege, and I don't know if it's the game, Hardware, or OS
My pc
Cpu: Ryzen 7 2700x
Motherboard: Rog Strix B-450F
Gpu: Asus Rx580 8gb
Ram: Tridentz 16gb 8x2
Storage: Gigabyte 512gb SSD
Psu: Be Quiet 500w bronze
