Choppy Recording

In the "Video" tab in settings, I'm using fractional fps value and setting the numerator to 240 and the denominator to 1. I do this so that I can record in 240 fps. Every time I watch the clip which I was using these settings for, the clip stays frozen for a couple of seconds, and then goes onto the next frame after another couple of seconds, and then so on . In game I'm getting 180-300 fps. If I record in 60 fps though, it works fine and I see the gameplay in 60 fps. Please help me as I would like to be able to record in 240 fps since it's smooth.

you record in fix Quality idk the exakt value but on 1080 its ~ 25.000KB/s at 60fps so ~ 120.000 at 240fps
Made a test and its a everage at ~120 Mb/s

you need a hard drive that can handle up to x4 of this for peaks other you have laggs related to write limitation
