Hello, recently purchased an Elgato HD60S+ for use with my base model 2020 MacBook Air M1.
OS: Monterey 12.6
Chip: M1
I'm trying to record Nintendo Switch gameplay. It comes out very choppy and I've messed with all sorts of settings. The one thing I think MIGHT be suspect is I'm using a USB-C to USB-C cable to connect from the Elgato to my MacBook. It's the cable that came with my MacBook Pro so I assumed it would be fast enough. I tried using an Apple HDMI/USB dongle I have so I could used the supplied USB-C to USB-A cord but it wouldn't even show the screen on my MacBook preview window in OBS.
