Please help, I have watched 5 videos to no avail. I've changed in game settings and OBS settings. My CPU runs at about ~50% and GPU at ~60% using NVENC as my encoder with 1080p output, lanczos, and at 60 fps. I currently have a 1080ti and a i7 7700k. I've have tried so many things and no matter what the recording is always choppy. Also using CQR instead of CBR but neither work for me.
