Ok, first, my specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.90 GHz
RAM: 16,0 GB
Dedicated GPU: Geforce 930MX
Integrated GPU: Intel HD Graphics 620
Asus laptop
My gpu doesn't support nvenc, only quicksync and x264, everytime I try to locally record only with screen capture and camera, no game running at all, in 1080p 60fps, the recording becomes a freakin slideshow, literally a slideshow, not only chopping image.. second, I've bought a Xbox console, a USB video capture card and, instead of adding a new font in OBS, I use potplayer to capture since the program is super light, given that I have tested capture via OBS and everything became laggy, choppy, audio problems and so on... but even with light resources, for instance, the only programs runnig besides OBS are Potplayer, Steam and Stream Avatars, OBS and Stream Avatars run on integrated GPU while Potplayer runs on dedicated GPU. The problem is that in OBS, the image being shown in Potplayer is choopy/stuttering (no laggy), but the potplayer itself runs really smooth, since it's not processing heavy graphics, but just capturing from a device... my overlays I use streamelements so is way lighter than Streamlabs.
So, I'd appreciate ay tips on settings to record and stream in 1080p 60 fps... or at least record with those settings
