Question / Help Choppy Recording But Smooth On Screen!

My recordings are choppy and freeze often while on my screen everything is fine.. What can I do to fix it?

Copy shortcut, edit it and config it it run 64 bis OBS

Output simple setting
Recording Quality Indistinguishable
Encoder QSV
Format FLV

32bit vs 64bit doesn't affect performance as much as you'd think.
