Choppy Playback When In Recording mode

hey, I am having troubles recording gameplay of myself in rainbow six siege. Can anyone assist me? The issue that I have is when I playback the video everything is choppy/laggy look like its buffering. My pc is strong in my opinion 16gb ram 2080 ti i7 8700k processor. I stream fine with no issues but when I record its a problem. It even gives choppy/laggy video playback when recording world of warcraft.

Not sure how to post a log file as well can somone assist me?

I am having the same issue when I playback a recording. I can only watch from the beginning and cant skip through recording or it freezes. Could you let me know how you fixed this issue, please?
