Choppy playback in OBS while recording games.

Hi, I would like some help please. I have been trying for months to record game with no lag using OBS. And all i get is the 'Encoder overloaded' error. No matter what settings i choose, what output resolution and what bitrate, it still happens. It's really frustrating and I am wondering if someone here can help me out finally. Here's my current log:
