Looks like I'm dropping frames a lot, but the logs say I only drop about 0.3-0.9% of my frames. It doesn't matter what settings I use, it "lags" no matter what. Stream runs perfectly according to Twitch Inspector, and OBS.

Motherboard: ASUS Rog Maximus VIII Ranger
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 970 SLI
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB DDR4 2400 MHz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM

Latest Twitch Inspector: https://i.imgur.com/6we1GIp.pn
Earlier Twitch Inspector with same problem: https://i.imgur.com/B3IFmHO.png

Uploaded latest log file with the name "latest"
Uploaded previous log file with name "earlier", with previously tried settings, with same problem.

Edit: Tried running OBS in 32 bit instead of 64, same result.
Edit 2: Just tried free version of xsplit broadcaster for the sake of it at 1080p 60 fps 6000 bitrate: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/230444351 no lag at all. I really don't get what's going on with OBS :S
Edit 3: no lag with bebo either :S

18:27:42.939: [DShow Device: 'webcam'] settings updated:
18:27:42.939: video device: Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920

18:27:42.939: resolution: 1920x1080
18:27:42.939: fps: 30.00 (interval: 333333)

Don't push out 1920x1080 in full HD of your little face if you are just going to rescale it to a smaller size. Set it to 640x480 or smaller 16:9 format to reduce the amount of data and processing.

I highly doubt that'd make any difference at all. Both XSplit and Bebo can do it completely without any problems whatsoever. This hasn't been a problem before either.

https://www.twitch.tv/videos/232421761 yep, still choppy. webcam res 320x180, 3k bitrate, 60 fps, x264.

Enabling SLI capture on your game capture sources definitely isn't helping.

Well, good thing I haven't then. Game Capture has always been at default settings every time I've added it, at all tests. Where do you see I've supposedly enabled SLI capture? Searching for SLI in the documents brings nothing up.

Not sure what causes it to be on then, since I've never enabled it. All I've changed in Game Capture properties is to set it to capture a specific window.

Edit: I don't think my PC likes Game Capture from a specific window. Tried setting it to capture any fullscreen application, and it's as smooth as butter. Haven't used any other new settings that I haven't already tried. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/235160429
