Question / Help Choppy Facebook stream

Unfortunately your hardware is insufficient for livestreaming. Real-time video encoding is an extremely demanding computational task, and an aging dual-core Pentium CPU isn't going to cut the mustard, especially with an older, integrated GPU.

I'd also warn you about never streaming over wifi, but that's moot... you need a new computer.
