Choppy and missing audio

Today while live streaming a church service, we lost audio off and on. I have checked my setting on the computer an in OBS studio we are using the latest verison 27.0.1.
 
This past week with a lot of research, I added a Behringer um 2 audio interface. Today's sound was good.
