Question / Help Choppy and low quality videos.

Just installed OBS Studio, set up everything for the best quality. 1080p, 30FPS. After recording (Primarily CSGO) the video appears very choppy and low quality. As if it wasn't recorded in 1080 and it was recorded with 20-24 FPS. Bitrate is set to 25000 with H264 encoding. Fixes?
