Choppy and Low Frames When Recording Game

I recorded Minecraft earlier and I faced a very annoying, but unanswered problem. I looked up tons of tutorials on youtube and the web, but none of the solutions seem to help. Basically, whenever I'm not recording, Minecraft gets 400-500 fps on my computer. However, as soon as I start recording, the frames immediately drop to 50 fps and cant seem to hit 60. The game also feels very buggy and choppy and just overall unsmooth. Is there any way to fix this or is it my computers fault? Details of Computer: intel core i5, 12 GB ram 11.9 usable, 64 bit operating system, x 64 based processor, Windows 10, 1909. Thanks.
