Choose video quality from source (m3u8)

Is there any possibility to choose the video quality from a source (m3u8).
The source file contains multiple quality streams. Obs auto choose the 4k stream, but I would rather choose for the 720 or lower stream.

In VLC I can set the quality by these steps:
  • Step 1: Run VLC media player and navigate to Tools > Preferences.
  • Step 2: Under Show settings, select All.
  • Step 3: Single-click on inputs / codec tab on the left. Under “Track Settings” in the right half of the window, click the Preferred video resolution drop-down list and select HD (720p)(Choose whatever quality you want).

When in obs choosing a VLC source, it automatically takes the highest available. Is there any way to pick a lower one or any place where Obs stores the VLC settings?
