Hello, for a couple of days i'm trying to set obs, when finally finish, i try to go on live on twitch, but I realized that, the viewer can choose to set only one video resolution:

While in the other streamers there are many more options:

How can i set it with obs?????????? Help me plz!

You have to be a Twitch partner to allow your viewers to change the viewing settings. I'd recommend streaming at a lower quality so all viewers can watch effectively.

Only Twitch partner can do this or maybe Twitch affiliate can do?

Twitch partners are guaranteed to have quality options. Affiliates more than likely will get it, and non-affiliates less likely so but still possible. It's dependent on twitch's transcode server availability, as well as your expected viewer count.

If you don't have quality options at the start of your stream, twitch won't add them mid-stream. But, you can stop stream and restart to see if you are moved to a transcode server. It may take a few tries, especially during heavy streaming hours (read: US afternoon-evening time).
