Question / Help choose between audio tracks

Is it possible for the reciever of my stream to somehow choose between my two audio inputs?
So that they could choose to only hear one of them?

and to what service should i stream to activate this.

i have enabled 2 audio tracks under the advanced options in output .> streaming.

For streaming, only 1 audio track is transmitted. If you check 2 audio sources to go into this audio track, the 2 sources are mixed within OBS, then transmitted. They cannot be separated again at the receiver side.

Currently, you cannot send more than 1 audio track into a stream. Until recently, streaming services pass only 1 audio stream. That may change in the near or middle future, but at this time it seems you have to stick to 1 audio track.
