Question / Help Choopy / Pixelated while streaming

PC Specs/Internet:
Nvidia GTX 1070
Intel Core i7-6700 CPU @ 4.00GHz
8 GB RAM
64-bit Operating System
Running Windows 10
Internet download: ~200 Mbps
Internet upload: ~12 Mbps

When ever i try to stream its pixelated when I'm running around. I have tried to lower the preset to make the quality better but nothing has changed. I tried to rescale and my bitrate is set at 3500. It use to work fine with the settings i had but now its all fucked up and i just wanna be able to stream rather than having a f'ed up stream.

The log should contain a section named "Streaming start"

You can search a log with it in your logs directory

Sounds like you are using Nvnec as the encoder for the stream, check its on x264 software, failing that the log is needed with the stream start as @EBrito has mentioned.

I did used the x264 still looks pixelated so i switched to nvnec to see if i get better results

Can you repost a log with the steam info included, just run the stream for 5 mins then send that log it will show any issues.
