when recording / streaming there is a chirping noise in the back round, nobody hears it when we talk in discord or other platforms so I assume that it is not my mic, I only have that issue in obs (I'm an amateur at this, so if there is a complicated solution a thorough explanation would be greatly appreciated).

In this clip my mic is plugged in but I muted it (on the mic itself, not in obs), meaning that it isn't my AC or some birds chirping outside. Muting my mic sound (the second bar) completely removes the noise. But I want to be able to talk :/
