Question / Help Check for file update: GIF

Hello everyone,

Not sure if this should be a bug or I'm mistaken or if it is intended.

However - I see no option for the ImageSource to check for file updates;
I assumed this was automatic, however this did not work for GIFs.
the GIF didn't update on screen till I reloaded it.

EDIT: I noticed it just fails to render on screen at all after switching the image.
if I have the source on "gif.gif", and this file gets renamed/deleted etc. The bounding boxes on OBS studio are gone. Even when putting it back or selecting another GIF, it will not render untill reloaded.
This did work on the old OBS

In theory this got fixed in 0.13.0 but Jim mentioned in the bug that it's only an interim workaround and so I guess there could still be problems. Presumably you are using an animated gif do you know if it works with a static image?

As per suggestion, I tried it with a static image and a new fresh install. messed around a bit in the scenes, using global sources or making it local and "only load when active". However none of them worked.
