Cheapest Mac Friendly 1080p AND 2 track Stereo input card for Twitch outstreaming?

Hello I noticed some weird things with audio on Macintosh.

First of all my capture card is one of those cheap $20 or less Chinese specials and it says it has 96 kilohertz which is double the normal 48 kilohertz but is in mono.

As I don't have a PC I can't tell if it would be stereo 48 kilohertz on a PC but Mac just automatically mixes it in the mono or if the capture card itself is just mono.

If I use direct input from the audio of the HDMI it only comes out mono.

I tried a couple ways around this like for example using 3.5 mm input into a sound blaster card. If I plug it straight in it just mixes it down the mono.

If I try to add a second mono split the stereo signal into left right and put them through two different sound blasters I do get stereo but my viewers complain about a high pitch wine.

I was using 3.5 mm anyway because I was mixing the surround track into two track headphone audio so that anyone would hear surround when they watch My Stream as far as the game sound effects are concerned. I've heard this effect used before another stuff. And I know I could reproduce it.

I thought if I wanted to be sure it was in Stereo I would just look for the cheapest capture card that has the proper Apple logo on it. I know anyone could claim to be an Apple Mac compatible product and the only people that could stop you would be people that stop false advertising like the FTC, but to get the proper Apple signal it has to in some way or at some point be approved by Apple. Trust me I'm a console gamer. I know to look for that stuff.

First of all will an apple authorized capture card guarantee me that I can broadcast on twitch in Stereo? If it turns out to be too expensive are there any Mac friendly but not according to Apple officially capture cards that do preserve the stereo when running into OS 13?

Is that wine an intentional security feature or is it a consequence of something else?

If this is an intentional security feature, my mom could use an apple upgrade and I was going to get some other device for my home streaming device.

I understand portable systems like IOS and Android have a limitation where you simultaneously can't charge and use the USB port for other purposes, but I heard it's only true if it's connected to a cellular phone number.

I heard their devices like iPads something equivalent on Android that are designed to not you cellular but are designed to closer emulate a home computer experience but in smaller more portable form.

I would do windows except the last time I called someone, they hijacked my computer back when I was on dial-up. Thankfully I knew what to do and unplug the computer at the source. And that was back when Apple had boot camp and had its PC stuff segregated.

With that bad experience you could see why I would say never again. At least when Motorola says they could take over your Android phone for Motorola I said please let me do this myself for two reasons one is so I okay each step and two is so that I eventually learn how to do this myself and they said okay.

The TLDR is is there a Mac friendly USB capture card for Twitch streaming? Will it be in stereo? If no capture card will be in Stereo then may I have a good suggestion of a cheap alternate device that it's not as virus prone as a PC.

Is there a console equivalent to an outstreaming box? I understand Roku makes instreaming boxes. Just wondering if someone makes outstreaming boxes.
