Chat overlay, one monitor

Hi,

I'm have been steaming a bit now and I would like to get chat overlay when gaming. I have only one monitor and would like to see chat (transparency and able to click through) while gaming, please and thx :)

This is not possible with OBS. OBS cannot overlay elements on the game screen.
Recommend getting a second monitor (which is frankly standard for content-creation work; they're cheap), or using a phone or tablet to read chat.

Because they tacked on features from other programs with chewing gum and baling wire.
