Question / Help Changing the image in one scene changes the other

From your description it's not clear what's happening, but it looks like you're expecting the same source to be different in different scenes. Sources are global so that won't happen. If that's not what's going on, could you please explain a bit more clearly?
 
Set a scene with that image.
Set another source wwith that image
Transform in SCENE not the image.

Use scenes as sources in your desired scene,
