Changing Path of settings and profile folders for multiple users

I will preface this by saying I am not the end user of this software and I am learning it on the fly and IT person being expected to support it.

We do not allow local accounts on computers so each user logs in with their own. Is there an way to have a shared settings and profiles folder easily? They have enough different users having them do manual copies from one account would be tedious.
