Question / Help Changing from one computer to another mid-stream - possible to remain connected?

Hey guys!

I stream games from my desktop and the kitchen/living room activity from my laptop.

Is it possible to transition without disconnecting and restarting the stream when I change from my desktop to the laptop stream?

An example of what I am doing: Start my regular stream for some gaming on my desktop, then 5 hours later I want to stream from the kitchen while I cook on the laptop.

Can I transition without disconnecting the stream?

If you simply just start obs on the desktop stream and have the laptop pc send its video/audio to the desktop pc, it will work in one continous session. There are many way to do this, pending on your skill and wallet.
Optionally you could just host yourself, the laptop "stream'".
