Change Video Capture buffer amount

I'm only seeing a checkbox now to control the buffer on video captures. OBS has an option for choosing the ms offset which I set to 0.5 (and it shows 0). I do this because it's, so far, solved my video freezing issue with a 59.94fps capture. Since OBS and OBS MP have no a way to set the ms offset of video captures for syncing purposes (lacking negative ms), being able to specify a very low buffer would be really helpful.

Is this something being worked on or already implemented?

Have you tried setting your OBS frame rate to 59.94?

Yeah, it says unsupported next to it and eventually freezes the video after a while without it being able to come back again.

In OBS it can recover, but not in OBS Studio until I restart. The buffer amount, even if 0.5ms, makes it work without freezing. I streamed for a few hours last night (in OBS) no problem.
