Hi out there :-) Last week i testet a cerevo liveshell x encoder and regnognized the nice feature that all stream settings could be changed during a livesession > bitrate, fps, keyframes, encoder settings, audiorates etc.... also you could decide if bandwith is goind down how to behave (reduce qualitity oder framerate). could such features also work in obs ? would help sometimes on mobile setups

1. Settings, Advanced, Network. There's a box for "Dynamically change bitrate...". This will reduce the bit rate instead of dropping frames.
2. I was able to change NVENC from 3Mbps CBR to 4-5Mbps VBR while streaming in OBS 26.1.1 on Windows 10 and the results showed in OBS Stats and VLC Statistics.
Need steps to reproduce your issue and log.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
