Change single custom stream service to a saved list for easy swapping

I feel like the Custom Streaming Service feature would be VASTLY more useful if you could add new services to the list and swap as you need to, or if you could simply add to the main "Services" list by editing a file or something so that you could have any of the places you stream to be on your list as you need them

as an example, this would be especially useful for artists, because there are a lot of different art streaming sites, including things like Twitch Creative, Picarto, Tigerdile, and Piczel (and probably others I've forgotten), and if you needed to switch sites frequently, you need to paste the information into Custom Service every time. if there was a list that was updated when you added a new service, you wouldn't have to do that

The file that holds stream site settings is in %appdata%/obs-studio/plugin_config/rtmp-services/services.json. You can always edit this file yourself, and/or send a PR to update this file on Github here: https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/blob/master/plugins/rtmp-services/data/services.json. Just make sure you don't mark it as a "Common" service.

You can always set your custom RTMP service and save each of them in a different OBS profile and switch between them, if you like. I know that's not really the same thing, but it's something.

another edit: nevermind I didn't notice "show all services" before, now to find out why the new ones arent showing up when i add them... I think i just have a syntax error i missed
