Hello. I am new to this kind of stuff. Im recording mp4s with obs using NVENC H.264, cbr 10-20k bitrate, 1680*1050 60 fps.
After recording I tweak mp4 I got with wondershare video converter, reduce scale/bitrate/fps/audio if needed. So.
I managed to change somehow (possibly with updating codec pack) overall bit rate mode from constant to variable and now tweaking new mp4s in wondershare at 60 fps results in much bigger file size with wrong bitrate compared to 30 fps conversion, which is perfectly fine as it was before, with the rest settings being exactly the same.
After some googling I am completely lost and confused about it. I appretiate any help I can get.
