Change default scripts path

If reinstalling OBS happens, then scripts directory will be removed (unlike scenes/profiles). Since there is no drag & drop for scripts you need to specify path again.

Scripts in the default script directory are erased during an uninstall. To avoid losing them during a reinstall, I put them somewhere else. But the script UI is then difficult to use (by anyone else) because it doesn't reference the directory where my custom scripts are stored. Please add script directory path to the settings, much like recording path works.
