The issue I'm having is that I've created a 1920x1080 image in GIMP. Just a neon circle, that will fit the entire image size (but even on all sides which means there's extra space on the left & right). The background is transparent. Then save the png image.
Upon loading it in as an image to OBS Studio, it fills the entire 1920x1080 screen. However, I want it to shrink, and crop the sizes. Here's where the issue is, the circle loses it's neon "glow" as soon as any of the 4 sides are ALT cropped. The glow returns when the ALT crop is moved back out to normal. I'm only cropping to remove excess space that isn't near the neon circle.
