Cell phone call without sound feedback

Hi everyone,

I am preparing a live stream using OBS and Atem Mini Pro. The presenter wants to get phone calls in a cellphone. I have a cell phone conected by the auxiliary output to obs, until here everything is OK. My problem is how the presenter will hear the guest, without having the callers voice feedback?
