I'm putting this here and starting a new topic.
My CEF Bootstrap stopped working again and the only crash log is from Windows and not OBS.
Here's the image of the crash displayed.
And, also the complete text displayed in the crash report shown in the image screen shot.
Now, OBS didn't crash but the browser did.
