I am developing an application which takes a video+audio stream input and via ffmpeg over RTMP streams it to other platforms (such as Facebook or Periscope). My issue is that for streaming to periscope I am required to use constant bitrate. For video it has not been a problem but for audio it seems more tricky. I can't get CBR with native aac encoding. I was wandering how does OBS get audio CBR with native aac (i've seen that it does).
