Hello,
For some reason when I use CBR and I stream, and I look at OBS bottom right corner, I see the indicator changing colors from time to time, and also dropping/raising bitrate more than it should be, (at least I think it's not normal the amount it's drop) I have set it to 2300 Bitrate, and when I streamed I saw it dropping to 98 Bitrate, and then jumping to 3000 bitrate, and it causing my stream to drop frames from time to time.

Anyone know why it's happening?
Thanks in advance

Krotex, you need to make 100% sure you are the only one connected to the Internet in your home. Turn off all tablets, computers, wifi devices, smartphones, etc. when you stream. This, to avoid any other devices stealing your upload bandwidth.

Your upload bandwidth should not fluctuate any more than 10-15%. So if you have a 3Mbps upload, you never set the bitrate to match or exceed it. You always set it 10-15% lower maximum to give it headroom. So your bitrate should be set somewhere around 2500-2700.

However, I don't think that is good enough to do quality 720p streaming. You really need over 5Mbps. I suggest you either lowering your output resolution to 480p (640x480) or upgrade your Internet plan for higher upload bandwidth.
